PANAMA TOUR BY CAR
17 days/ 16 nights (last night on flight)

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL
Arrival at Panama City –Transfer to hotel COUNTRY INN AMADOR 3* SUPERIOR. Delivery of your travel file and of your road map.

DAY 2 - CITY TOUR
After breakfast, you will leave with your English speaking guide for a whole day at the discovery of the ruins and the museum of «Panama La Vieja», first town established by the Spanish in 1519.
Lunch in a typical restaurant and then visit of the Colonial district called Casco Viejowith its colonial churches, the French Square, Bolivar Square, followed by a visit of the Canal of Panama Museum. You will be back at you hotel by the end of the afternoon. COUNTRY INN AMADOR 3* SUPERIOR.

DAY 3 - PANAMA CiTY/ DAVID/ BOQUETE
Breakfast in the hotel, private transfer to Albrook national airport. Flight to David. Car rental at David airport. Departure by 4x4 to Boquete, province of Chiriqui. Visit of Baru National Park and the inactive volcano. Arrival at hotel ISLA VERDE LODGE 3*

DAYS 4 and 5 - BOQUETE / VOLCAN BARU
Breakfasts at hotel ISLA VERDE LODGE 3*.  Visit of the surroundings as Las Madres Park and Baru National Park (trekking, horse riding)

DAY 6 - BOQUETE/ DAVID/ SANTIAGO/ PENONOME
Breakfast in the hotel. Departure in direction of Penonomé. Discovery of this province and arrival at hotel POSADA CERRO La VIEJA 3*.

DAYS 7 and 8 - PENONOME/ CHIGUIRI ARRIBA
Breakfast in the hotel. Free discovery of the surroundings of Chiguiri Arriba or activities proposed by the hotel.
Return to hotel POSADA CERRO LA VIEJA 3*.

DAY 9 - PENONOME/ EL VALLE/ PANAMA CiTY
Breakfast in the hotel then departure to El Valle. Visit of Chorro del Macho waterfall, the arts and craft market, small zoo « El Níspero ». In the afternoon departure to Panama City passing by very beautiful beaches (Playa Blanca …). Arrival at hotel COUNTRY INN AMADOR 3* SUPERIOR.

DAY 10 - PANAMA City/ PANAMA CANAL PARTIAL TRANSIT/ PUERTO LINDO (PORTOBELO)
After breakfast you will leave for a Canal partial transit. You will go by the famous Corte Culebra (Gaillard Cut) Canal narrowest spot then pass successively two of the three locks gates. A brunch will be served on board. Return early in the afternoon and then departure for Colon, Portobelo and Puerto Lindo. Arrival at B&B BAMBU GUEST HOUSE 3*.

DAY 11 - PUERTO LINDO/ PORTOBELO
After breakfast you will leave to visit Portobelo Fort, the museum, Black Christ church and have a walk in Isla Grande. Arrival at B&B BAMBU GUEST HOUSE 3*.

DAY 12 - PORTOBELO/ COLON/ PANAMA CiTY
After breakfast you will leave for the city of Colon and discover San Lorenzo fort as well as the Gatun locks. Buffet lunch at hotel MELIA restaurant. Departure for Colon railway station. Return of the rented vehicle. Back to Panama City by train. Transfer to hotel COUNTRY INN AMADOR 3*.

DAYS 13 and 14 - PANAMA CITY/ SAN BLAS
Early, after breakfast, transfer to Albrook national airport for San Blas Archipelago.
Hotel of your choice on a full boarding basis: SAPIBENEGA 3* LODGE, DAD IBE LODGE 3* LODGE, DOLPHIN LODGE 2*. Possibility to visit the paradise islands of the archipelago by canoes and to practice scuba diving.

DAY 15 - SAN BLAS / PANAMÁ
Early in the morning, breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to the airport. Arrival at Albrook national airport, transfer to hotel COUNTRY INN AMADOR 3* SUPERIOR. Day free.

DAY 16 - DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tocumen international airport. Dinner and night on board.
